ROOM 710 (Ladies)

Most of Austin's aging punk rockers have found a safe haven in 710, which is a perfectly wonderful dump (think Emo's, or CBGB) in which to see The Dicks or MDC or The Hickoids. We love it there, and the ladies' room is quite hospitable. In photographs, 710's can seems cool and architectural with its sleek metal walls. It seems any band from any city can affix a sticker to the walls of 710 and it will remain there for a length of time; we know we've gazed at The Safe's sticker for probably a few hours over the years. 7 out of 10 - ha ha. - Butter
