The Salt Lick is some of Austin's - well, Driftwood, Texas, technically - most amazing barbecue. We love driving there, making the pilgrimage, and waiting for a seat for hours in the gorgeous countryside. The food is amazing, the indoor smoker practically illegal, and the bathrooms? Amazingly hospitable. Also, incredibly clean. So worth the trip. - Butter
